Survived By: She is survived by her husband Robert as well as her children, Ann (Mark) Jungnitsch, William (Mary) Prenzler, Shelley (Kent) McNier, James (Kim) Prenzler; grandchildren, Brian (Melissa) Jungnitsch, Jennifer (Chad) Terry, Amy Jungnitsch, Jerad and Kyle McNier, Lauren and Grant Prenzler; great-grandchildren, Hannah and Grace Jungnitsch and brother, Rollin (Elsie) Tanney.
Affiliations: Jeraldine was a member of Nativity Lutheran Church in St. Charles, and the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

Prenzler, Jeraldine F. of Brant, Michigan, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. Age 76 years. The daughter of the late Marguerite Fuller, Jeraldine was born August 23, 1935 in Brant, MI. She married Robert Prenzler on January 14, 1955. He survives her as well as her children, Ann (Mark) Jungnitsch, William (Mary) Prenzler, Shelley (Kent) McNier, James (Kim) Prenzler; grandchildren, Brian (Melissa) Jungnitsch, Jennifer (Chad) Terry, Amy Jungnitsch, Jerad and Kyle McNier, Lauren and Grant Prenzler; great-grandchildren, Hannah and Grace Jungnitsch and brother, Rollin (Elsie) Tanney.

 

She retired from Saginaw County Child Development (Head-start) and was an active member of Nativity Lutheran Church in St. Charles, MI. She served as Sunday School teacher, organist, secretary, altar guild and was a member of the LWML (Lutheran Women’s Missionary League). Jeraldine enjoyed quilting, gardening, collecting and restoring antique tractors.

 

She had a great love for her family, especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

 

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Nativity Lutheran Church, 625 W. Clinton, St. Charles. Rev. Dr. Robert Schultz and Deacon Richard Mallory will officiate with burial in Brant Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the Kendall Funeral Home, St. Charles on Monday, February 13th from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday after 10:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Nativity Lutheran Church, VNA Hospice or charity of your choice. www.kendallfuneralhome.net
