Passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday April 10, 2012 at his home in Freeland at the age of 56 years.  Roger was born August 16, 1955 in Saginaw, MI to the late Fredrick A. and Helen M. (Johnson) Anderson and has lived in this area all of his life. Roger was a hardworking guy who enjoyed playing cards, skiing and shooting pool.  Roger is survived by his son; Zachary A. Anderson of Freeland, two brothers; Gregory (Kathleen) Anderson of Saginaw and Douglas (Kathy) Anderson of Freeland.

 

A Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday April 21, 2012 at the Cunningham/Taylor Funeral Home, Freeland. Rev. Robert G. Schmidt will officiate. Per Roger’s wishes cremation has already taken place. Friends may call at the Cunningham/Taylor Funeral Home, 310 E. Washington St., Freeland on Saturday from Noon until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider St. Mary's Tree of Life or the Donor's Favorite Charity.
