Age 71 years, Lorraine died peacefully at home Tuesday, April 24, 2012.  She was born to the late Raymond W. and Rose M. (Kukla) Sporman on November 6, 1940 in Bay City, where she resided all her life.  Lorraine was a member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1010, and P.L.A.V #162.

She was married to John D. Lobodzinski and he preceded her in death on November 18, 1990.  Surviving family members include four children, Martin (Lori) Lobodzinski, Gregory (Christine) Lobodzinski, Kari (Gary) Owczarzak, and Kelly (Gregory) Swiatowy; nine grandchildren, Allie (Christopher) Greenwood, Carly and Morgan Lobodzinski, John and Kevin Lobodzinski, Chaz and Chelsey Owczarzak, Shawn and Maxwell Swiatowy; one brother and two sisters, Michael Sporman, Jeanette Janczewski, and Dorothy (Robert) Neuman; along with two sisters-in-law, Margaret (Robert) Dryzga and Mary Jane (Ambrose) Owczarzak.

A family gathering will be held Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Ole' Tyme Broadway from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in remembrance of Lorraine.  Arrangements are entrusted to the care of W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel and Prearrangement Center.  For online condolences:  www.trahanfc.com
