Sperbeck, Rosemarie Clementine Mary

West Branch,  Michigan (formerly of Saginaw)

            Passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at Covenant Healthcare, age 91 years.

            Rosemarie was born in Saginaw, Michigan September 25, 1920 the daughter of the late Joseph Pierre and Mary (Verpooten) Frappart.  She married Harold Sperbeck October 18, 1947.  He predeceased her May 28, 1997.  Rosemarie graduated from the Saginaw General Hospital Nursing program in 1947 as a Registered Nurse.  She worked for over 30 years, serving at St. Luke’s Hospital and Saginaw Osteopathic Hospital.  She enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening, working crossword puzzles and watching game shows.

            She is survived by two daughters, Sue Mary (Dave) Lester and Sally Jo (Jonathan Berns) Sperbeck; a son, James Harold Sperbeck; four grandchildren, Jason and Gregory Lester, Aaron  and Zane Berns; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband, Rosemarie was predeceased by two sisters, Eva Frappart Kirby and Leona Frappart DeBeau and a brother, Joseph Pierre Frappart, II.

            The funeral service will take place 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at W. L. Case & Company, 409 Adams St. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.  Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Monday from 2:00 – 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. until time of the service.
