Nadine passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 57 years. The daughter of the late Herbert and Phoebe Mitchell was born September 13, 1954 in Bay City. She enjoyed gardening and reading.

She is survived by her husband; Rocky Starrett whom she married December 8, 1973, her children; Daniel Starrett and Jonathan Starrett and his fiancée; Sherrell Williams and her step daughter; August Keehn, nine grandchildren and one brother; Terry Mitchell.

At Nadine’s request cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will take place Wednesday May 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Officiating will be Rev. Lee Austin.
