Robert “Bob” Howard Agnor, age 84, of rural Owosso, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2012 at home, with family at his side.
Bob was born Jan. 5, 1928 in Bently Mi to Irene (Shupe) and Howard Agnor.
He was a WWII vet. Bob was a master of many trades and worked as a stone mason and carpenter for contractors in the Lansing and Howell areas. He was called on by contractors to tackle many of the difficult fixes on jobs on the MSU campus and various state offices.
He married Wilma Jean Roberts on June 9, 1955, who survives him. He is also survived by his daughter Deb (& Shawn) Burns, sister Marge Larson, brother Bill (& Donna) Agnor, 3 grandchildren Keri Holton, Corey (& Charity) Holton, and Casey (& Jackie) Holton and three great-grandchildren Aaron Holton, Trenton Bushard, and Jocelynn Pugh, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, a half sister Lovina Cousineau, and a brother in law Don Larson.
A Memorial Service will be held at the family home on Saturday, May 5, 2012, at 1 pm, Rev. Ray Strawser of Memorial Hospice will officiate.
