Passed away suddenly Sunday morning May 6, 2012 at Covenant HealthCare-Cooper in Saginaw at the age of 74 years.  Tom was born March 7, 1938 in Flint, Michigan to the late Jesse J. and Lucille M. (Green) Hill and has resided in this area for the last 20 years. Tom was employed at Flint Metal Fabrication (Flint Truck & Bus) for over 20 years, retiring in 1986.  Tom is survived by two daughters; Kim (Chris) Mitchell of Flint, Chris (Tim) Burnside of Essexville, seven grandchildren; Erik, Courteney, Rachael, Aubrey, Kelsey, C.J., Keegan, six great grandchildren; Breyana, Reagan, Colby, Bryce, Silas, Bentley.  One brother; Doug Hill of Colorado, two sisters; Joyce Olivier of Lansing and Patty (Bob) Hamina of Rochester, NY also survives Tom. A son Jimmy has preceded Tom in death.

Friends may call at the Cunningham/Taylor Funeral Home, 310 E. Washington St., Freeland on Wednesday from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Following visitation cremation will follow per Tom’s request. Those planning and expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Michigan Sheriff’s Association, Old News Boys of Flint or the Donor’s favorite charity.
