Passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the age of 90 years.

Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Truevine Baptist Church, 2930 Janes Street.  Pastor Paul E. Broaddus will officiate with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Evans & Browne's Funeral Home on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
