Alice F. Schultz

Saginaw, Michigan

      Passed away Saturday, July 07, 2012, at Hoyt Nursing Home.  Age 89 years.

      The daughter of the late Fred and Ann ( Miller) Keie was born March 19, 1923 in Saginaw where she had been a lifelong resident.  She married Wilford A. Schultz, September 8, 1945. He passed away January 15, 1999. She had been employed by Lufkin Rule and was a member of Faith Ev. Lutheran Church. She enjoyed reading, word search puzzles and watching television.

       Surviving are two daughters,  Barbara Ann Smith, Birch Run, MI;  Patricia K. Bloom and her husband, Rex, Merrill, MI; three grandchildren, Kellie Nevela and her husband, Scott; Lori Smith and Josh Emerick;  Jennifer A. Sumerix and her husband, Matt;  five great grandchildren, Robert Bloom and his fiancé, Jodi;  Samantha Sumerix; Edward Sumerix; Brayden Emerick; Amanda and Mariah Nevela.  Two brothers, Fred (Bud) and Robert Keie have predeceased her.

       The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd.  Rev. Michael Hahn will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the Chapel from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Faith Ev. Lutheran Church.
