Age 88 years, passed away July 17, 2012 at her home. She was a very strong loving mother who lived life to the fullest even though a spinal cord injury and cancer tried to defeat her. While working at Prestolite for 40 years, she enjoyed traveling by car to California 5 times, Florida 12 times and Canada for Herring fishing yearly. She grew up on the banks of the Saginaw River and met her husband Howard who also would rather go fishing than go dancing at a nightclub. Collecting antique dishes and vintage clothing were her passions. Recently she had gotten a great deal of enjoyment from watching her great grandchildren play.
Mildred was born in Bay County on August 28, 1923 to the late John and Bertha (Neumeyer) Scheuerlein. She married Howard N.
