Mr. Proper, age 63, died Sunday August 5, 2012 at the Saginaw VA Medical Center.  Thomas was
born in Hazel Park, Michigan on November 26, 1948 to John and Eleanor (Pariseau) Proper.  Tom enjoyed playing cards, casino trips, traveling and family and friends.  Mr. Proper is survived by his mother Eleanor Basch of Florida,   brothers and sisters; John Proper of Akron, Mary Clark of Akron, Dewain (Donna) Proper of Akron, Carl (Michelle) Proper of Unionville, Rose (Stephan) Wilding, of Akron, and David Proper of Akron.  Also many nieces and nephews survive.  He was preceded in death by his father John Proper and brother Gary Proper.  A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday August 12, 2012 at New Hope Ministries, 3703 N. Main Street, Akron. Pastor Jim Fader will officiate.
