Deborah Diamond Meissner, age 47 years, passed away March 12, 2013.  She was born in Inkster, MI on November 28, 1965.

She was self-employed as a Home Health Care Specialist and was formerly employed by S. C. Johnson.

Survivors include: her daughter Jilian L. Meissner, her parents Linda M. and Terry A. Wascher, a brother Troy Wascher, a sister Tonya Wascher, her former husband Jesse Meissner, many nieces, nephews and cousins and many special friends as well as her beloved dogs Roxy, Tayia and Mario and cats Belle and Macie.  She was preceded in death by a brother Todd Wascher and  a sister Julie Diamond.

Funeral service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Penzien-Steele Funeral Home.  Private burial will be at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m.  Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Bay County or to the family wishes.
