Survived By: . Carol is survived by her children; Bethany (Norman) Schreoder, Michael and Amy (Donald) Siler and by her grandchildren; Norman Jr. (Geralyn), Erik (Lisa), Matthew, Meghan and Ryan. She is also survived by sisters-in-law; Geraldine Duso, Laurie Connelly; brothers-in-law; Ben Connelly and Gary (Rose) Connelly.

Carol Connelly passed away on Monday, May 6, 2013 in Sterling Heights.  She was born to the late Clarence and Erma (Foley) Duso on June 23, 1936 in Bay City and was a graduate of Visitation Catholic School in 1954.  She married John Connelly, Jr. and he predeceased her in 2010.   Carol is survived by her children; Bethany (Norman) Schreoder, Michael and Amy (Donald) Siler and by her grandchildren; Norman Jr. (Geralyn), Erik (Lisa), Matthew, Meghan and Ryan.  She is also survived by sisters-in-law; Geraldine Duso, Laurie Connelly; brothers-in-law; Ben Connelly and Gary (Rose) Connelly.  Carol was predeceased in death by her brother John Duso; brother-in-law, Kenneth Connelly, sisters-in-law; Patricia Goddard and Pat Connelly.  She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

 

A special thanks to the residents and staff of America House Sterling II and also the caring and kind staff of Hospice of Michigan and the Med Team for all the love, support and fun times over the last four months.  In lieu of flowers please consider donations to Hospice of Michigan.

 

Funeral Mass will be Friday, May 10, 2013 at St. Angela Church, 25395 Chippendale St., Roseville, MI at 11:00 a.m.  Visitation will be in the Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores on Thursday May 9, 2013 from 2:00 – 9:00 p.m. with scripture service at 7:00 p.m. and at the St. Angela Church on Friday at 10:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.
