(Sharon) Klumpp, Rosalie J. (Dan) Ingram, James P. (Carlie) Klumpp, Michael F. (Nancy) Klumpp, Anne M. (Dale) Lanners, and Mary A. Klumpp, a daughter-in-law Cathy Klumpp , a brother Joseph Turmell, a sister Dolores Cieslinski, 29 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Klumpp, age 92 passed away at Brian’s House on March 13, 2010 following a brief illness.  She was born in Pinconning, MI on December 14, 1917 to the late Joseph A. & Mary B. (Denay) Turmell.  Jeanette married Edward H. Jr. on May 11, 1946 at St. Michael’s Church he predeceased her in death on February 7, 1998.  She was a lifetime member of St. Michael’s Church, the Altar Society, and the VFW Auxiliary.  Jeanette worked during WW II at Briggs Armament plant in Detroit as Rosie the Riveter.  She enjoyed baking, needlework but most of all spending time with her family.  Jeanette is survived by her children Edward H. III (Janet) Klumpp, Robert J. Klumpp, Kathleen M. (Michael) Kurchak, Maureen A. (Ted) Haara, Thomas F. (Annette) Klumpp, Frederick W. (Sharon) Klumpp, Rosalie J. (Dan) Ingram, James P. (Carlie) Klumpp, Michael F. (Nancy) Klumpp, Anne M. (Dale) Lanners, and Mary A. Klumpp, a daughter-in-law Cathy Klumpp , a brother Joseph Turmell, a sister Dolores Cieslinski, 29 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband, one son Kenneth M. Klumpp, a brother Bernard Turmell and a sister Margaret Wasek.

 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday March 16, 2010 at 11 am from St. Michael’s Church with Deacon Ralph Brisson presiding with burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home on Monday from 1 to 8 pm.  On Monday, a Rosary will be said at 3pm and a Prayer Vigil will be held at 7pm.  On Tuesday Jeanette will lie in state at the church from 10 am until time of service.  Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider St. Michael’s School or St. Michael’s Tuition Fund.
