Beloved son, brother and uncle passed away Saturday, May 1, 2010 after sustaining injuries in an automobile accident. Age 18 years. The son of Gary and Darlene (Puvalowski) Klemish, Adam was born on January 2, 1992 in DeKalb County, Indiana. He was a senior at Nouvel Catholic Central High School and would have graduated June 6, 2010.
