PURZYCKI, Jenny V. – Of Flint, age 96, died Sunday, June 20, 2010 at

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2010 at All Saints Catholic Church, 4063 West Pierson Road, Flint, Father Anthony Majchrowski officiating.

Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or give a Mass in her name.

Visitation 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Purzycki will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the time of the Mass.

Jenny was born in South Bend, Indiana on December 21, 1913 and was a resident of the Flint area most of her life.

Surviving are two children, Delphine and husband James West of Oscoda,

Raymond and wife Claudette of Fairfield Glades, Tennessee;

seven grandchildren;

11 great-grandchildren;

three great-great-grandchildren;

one sister, Louise Trzop of Edwardsburg, Michigan;

many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Barry; daughter, Geraldine Haskins; parents, Joseph and Nora Woziniak; sisters, Phyllis Machowiak, Josephine Karbowski and Alice Ray; brother, Richard Woziniak.
