Marion Agnes (Conley) Birchmeier
Age 82 of Flushing went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at St. Michael's Catholic Church of Maple Grove with Fr. Joseph Miller officiating. Burial will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery. The family will receive friends that day from 9:00am until the time of service.
Marion was born on September 20, 1934 to James and Genevieve (Weisenberger) Conley in Chesaning. She married James Birchmeier on August 20, 1955.
Marion was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who spent her life caring for her family, neighbors, and friends. She truly loved taking care of people and being with her family. She also enjoyed baking and playing board games.
Marion is survived by her children, Clifford (Brenda) Birchmeier, Randal (Trudy) Birchmeier, Daniel (Laurie) Birchmeier, Deborah Thelen (Dave), Jeffrey (Trish) Birchmeier, Paul Birchmeier, and Scott (Amy) Birchmeier; her 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Harold, Eleanor, Ray, Carolyn, Loretta, and Ruth Ann; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband, James; her daughter, Jean; and her brothers, Philip, Bernard, Norbert, and LaVern. Marion's sister Iolene also passed away the day after her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Dominican Sisters for the Chimbote Missions.
