Kazyak, Thomas P. Sr.
Passed away unexpectedly Saturday, January 28, 2017 at his home; age 65 years. Tom was born on September 13, 1951. He was married to Sharon Ganske on July 2, 2004, she survives him. Tom was predeceased by his parents Hubert and Grace Kazyak. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and after retired from General Motors working as a Journeyman Welder. Tom enjoyed gardening, canning, hunting and fishing, and playing golf.
Surviving besides his wife Sharon is 1 daughter, Tasha (Darren) Thornhill of Clio, MI; 2 sons: Thomas Jr. (Katie) Kazyak of Derby, KS and Kristopher (Jen) Ganske of Albuquerque, NM; 9 grandchildren; Shelby (Travis) Weyh, Devyn (Brian) Schuch, Dustin Schuch, Delayne Kazyak, Bailey Kazyak, Riley Kazyak, Rubey Kazyak, Evan Thornhill, and Owen Thornhill; his 2 beloved pets, Honey girl and Timber wolf.
Tom was predeceased by his beloved hunting dogs Biscuit and Lady.
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth; 590 N. Franklin St., Chaplain Dianne Myers will officiate with cremation to follow. Thomas’s family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
