Survived By: Survivors include his wife, Brandie (Valentine) McCord, his son Jeff McCord and daughter, Kelli McCord both of Clare, his parents, Mitch and Brenda McCord, his sister, Jamie (Ken) Oswald of Pinconning, twin brother, Brian of Midland, and Michael of Azusa, California, and nieces and nephew, Brandon, Kelsey, and Sarah. Also surviving are his Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Kim Valentine of Remus, and Kris and Kent Eagly of Lake.

Jason Alan McCord, age 36, of Clare, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 6, in Memphis Tennessee.  He was born the son of Mitchell and Brenda (Fick) McCord on May 23, 1980 in Saginaw.  He married Brandie Valentine on April 25, 2017 in Harrison. Jason had served in the US Air Force and was employed as a Concrete Contractor with Syncon.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and just being outdoors. Jason liked seeing different parts of the Country with his work, loved spending time with his kids, and was fond of exotic animals; snakes, ferrets, and dogs.  He was glad to have been born a twin.

Survivors include his wife, Brandie (Valentine) McCord, his son Jeff McCord and daughter, Kelli McCord both of Clare, his parents, Mitch and Brenda McCord, his sister, Jamie (Ken) Oswald of Pinconning, twin brother, Brian of Midland, and Michael of Azusa, California, and nieces and nephew, Brandon, Kelsey, and Sarah.  Also surviving are his Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Kim Valentine of Remus, and Kris and Kent Eagly of Lake.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
