Jeannine Bosco

Birth: February 5th, 1929
Death: July 17th, 2017
Age: 88 years
Residence:Bay City

Our beautiful, classy and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017. She is now dancing in Heaven with our wonderful Father, Matthew Bosco, to whom she was married for 61 years.  He preceded her in death on February 25, 2011.  Jeannine was born February 5, 1929 to the late Leo and Helen Weber.  Her children are left to honor her memory: Christine (Daniel) Nutt, Gail (Mark) Bosco-Odney, Michael (Lori) Bosco, and Julie (Rick) Ricard.  She was so proud of her grandchildren: Alisa Nutt, Brian (Carrie) Nutt, Gina (Trevor) Morin, Morgan Kozuch, Khristina (Neil) Petrucci, Matthew M. Bosco, Marci Bosco, Jordan Bosco, Jeremy Bosco, Evan Ricard, Dana Ricard, and Kylie Ricard.  Also dear to her heart were her great-grandchildren: Marcus Fulco, Reichen Curler, Kailee Nutt and Carter Nutt and her future great-great-grandchildren to most surely come; loving sister and brother: Joan Austin, Jerry (Beth) Weber and brother-in-law, Frederick Bosco.  She was preceded in death by her sister Sally Lovay and several in-laws.

Her greatest love was to look after her family, always knowing birthdays and special events, and baking millions of delicious cookies up until a month or two ago, despite her failing vision.  She was known for proudly giving away all her cookies to whomever came into her life.  Each time we make Italian sausage or spaghetti, or bake treats, the wonderful smells will fill us with fond memories of her love and care.  She and Dad traveled to Italy in 2007 with the children and spouses, which she always talked fondly of.  Vacations at Hubbard Lake and Ponce Inlet are forever etched in our hearts.

We would love to thank her gracious and wonderful team of McLaren ER, NICU, CCU and Hospice staff for the compassion they showed to her and to us.
