Survived By: Surviving are one son, Andrew Ostrander and his partner, Clint Buckner, Chicago, Illinois; one sister and two brothers, Gerry Lynn Chrysler, Montrose; Jimmy (Lynne May) Ostrander, Birch Run; Michael (Pamela) Gosselin, Birch Run; many nieces and nephews. Cindy was preceded in death by her canine companion, Daisy; a brother, Marty Ostrander; a brother-in-law, Dale Chrysler.

 Devoted mother, daughter, sister and aunt passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at her home.  Age 58 years.  The daughter of Virginia (Kukulis) Gosselin and the late James Ostrander, Cindy was born on February 28, 1959 in Saginaw, Michigan. Cindy was a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant. She was proud of this accomplishment and invested time, energy and love into the wellbeing of her patients. Cindy was very creative and artistic and loved singing. She enjoyed traveling to Northern Michigan, camping, fishing and spending time with her family. Cindy cared deeply for animals and was an advocate for their safety and protection. She will be always remembered for her humor, strong will and her unselfishness.

 Funeral Service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty).  Pastor Julie Bailey will officiate with interment to follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.  Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Saginaw County Humane Society.
