Zamora, Daniel Antonio "Danny" of Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved brother, uncle and friend unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord and is now reunited with his parents and brother; he was 63 years old. Daniel Antonio Zamora and his twin brother David were born on January 10, 1954 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Eusebio M. and Trinidad (Urrutia) Zamora, Sr. Danny was a proud 1972 graduate of Saginaw High School. Follow graduation, he attended Delta College and obtained an Associate’s Degree. While in high school, Danny began working for St. Joseph Catholic Church, where he humbly served all the capuchin priests. He also worked for Taco Villa. Danny later began working on the production line at Saginaw Steering Gear; retiring with almost 30 years of service. Danny was faithful, dedicated and devoted to the Catholic Faith. He was a lifelong parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church, where he received his baptism and all other sacraments. Danny also volunteered as a sacristan and as an usher within the church. Danny was a member of the UAW Local 699, Knights of Columbus Council #12684 and was a Cursillista. He truly loved and cherished all animals, especially his cats: Ralph, Oscar, Princess, Pippens and many more. He also enjoyed playing the lottery and was an avid reader. He will forever be remembered for his intelligence, his selflessness to anyone in need and for his one line phrases “Three hour tour”.
