Survived By: Surviving besides his beloved wife of more than 53 years Romaine "Babe", is his three children: James A. (Karen) Balwinski, Amy M. (Jerry) Morse and Lori A. (Guy) Childers, three grandchildren: Haley (Sam) Balzer, Collin Morse and Kylie Balwinski, two step-grandchildren, Kris (Danielle) Childers and Joshua (Katrina) Childers and three step-great grandchildren: Gracie, Hannah and Dylan, sisters in-law, Jean Balwinski and Clarisse Borucki, many nieces and nephews. Clarence was predeceased by four brothers and two sisters.
Affiliations: He was a veteran and served his country with the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Bay City Chevrolet on March 1, 1988 after more than 27 years of dedicated service. Clarence was a faithful member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish-St. Hyacinth Church and St. George Society. He enjoyed playing golf and bowling. He also had the best sense of humor and was quick to tell a joke or funny story. His nickname "Happy" was truly his way of life and tried his best to have everyone around him happy as well. Clarence loved spending time with his wife and family, especially his grandchildren and granddogs as well.

Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to everyone he met passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at McLaren Bay Region, age 89. He was born November 17, 1928 in Bay City to the late Leo and Frances (Piotrowski) Balwinski, Sr. Clarence married the love of his life Romaine J. “Babe” Borucki in St. Hyacinth Church on June 20, 1964 and she survives him. He was a veteran and served his country with the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Bay City Chevrolet on March 1, 1988 after more than 27 years of dedicated service. Clarence was a faithful member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish-St. Hyacinth Church and St. George Society. He enjoyed playing golf and bowling. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish-St. Hyacinth Church, 1515 Cass Ave., Bay City, MI 48708. Friends may call at the church only on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of Mass. Private inurnment will be held at a later date in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
