Affiliations: The daughter of Judith (Black) Timmreck and the late Frank Timmreck, Sharon was born August 6, 1959 in Alpena, Michigan. She served in the U.S. Navy from 1978-1982. She was previously married to Mark Williams. She later married Rogers Bullock who predeceased her. Sharon then married Elmer Manchester who predeceased her as well. She was employed by the U.S. Government for the Department of Immigration and retired from the Department of Justice. Sharon enjoyed arts and crafts, drawing and her animals. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

 Beloved mother, daughter and sister passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab Centre following a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Age 58 years. The daughter of Judith (Black) Timmreck and the late Frank Timmreck, Sharon was born August 6, 1959 in Alpena, Michigan. She served in the U.S. Navy from 1978-1982. She was previously married to Mark Williams. She later married Rogers Bullock who predeceased her. Sharon then married Elmer Manchester who predeceased her as well. She was employed by the U.S. Government for the Department of Immigration and retired from the Department of Justice. Sharon enjoyed arts and crafts, drawing and her animals.
