Trinity Marie Barrett

Saginaw, Michigan

Our beautiful bubbly, sassy, determined little girl decided to let go to be with our lord after 7 years of battling an aggressive form of brain cancer. Trinity was an inspiration to many; she touched so many people in her short life. Trinity enjoyed many things some of her favorites were: crafting, painting, soccer, dancing ballet, reading, and spending quality time with her bunny Oreo. She was a child of many talents and truly enjoyed everything that she did.  When you think of Trinity you instantly think of her personality. She truly knew how to bring a smile to your face, whether it was her telling you a joke to make you laugh or her being her sassy self. We can hear her now: "what do you call a pig that does karate?”  and she replied: “A porkchop!" Her humor was captivating. The Lord gave us an amazing little girl and on June 8, 2018 her spirit was ready to move on at the age of 8 years old.

The daughter of Jordan L. Barrett and Teresa G. Castillo was born on April 3rd, 2010 in Saginaw. Trinity was full of light a remarkable little girl who had such a big heart. Her goal in life was to always bring a smile to your face.

Surviving besides her parents, Jordan and Teresa, are her grandparents: Edward Castillo, Barbara Shaver, Dana Barrett, great-grandparents: Lucille Castillo, James and Nancy Bailey, and Steven and Debbie Shaver. She is also survived by her aunt: Jessica Castillo and Uncle's: Eddy Castillo and Tyler Harlan. Great-Aunts: Renee Castillo, Lori Patterson, Great Uncles: David Castillo, Daniel Castillo, Tim Patterson, her cousins:  Steve Castillo, Albert Ortiz, Ella Ortiz, Tyler Patterson Aria Castillo, Spencer Castillo, Karyngton Castillo and many more dear cousins, and her special friend Emma and the SVSU women's soccer team, Yasmin, Harmony Nevaeh and Amelia. Trinity was predeceased by her great grandfather, Frank M Castillo Jr, and her great grandma Joanne Marie Mainor.
