Survived By: Surviving family include his mother, Kayleen George; siblings, Mona Stevens, Tina Giddings, Robert (Melisa) Stevens, Jackie Stevens, Bridgette Stevens, Josh George, Carla LaRoche, Donald (Beth) LaRoche and Alicia (Shane) Rittenhouse; also surviving are his aunts, Shelia (Jim) Little, Mona Masters and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many extended family members.

Richard Leroy Stevens Jr., age 50 years, passed away unexpectedly with his father, Richard Sr., on Thursday morning, November 1, 2018. He was born in Bay City on March 26, 1968, the son of Richard and Kayleen (Masters) Stevens.  Richard was employed for several years at Stevens Cycle Sales and more recently worked as a flooring contractor.  He had a passion for riding and working on motorcycles.

 

Surviving family include his mother, Kayleen George; siblings, Mona Stevens, Tina Giddings, Robert (Melisa) Stevens, Jackie Stevens, Bridgette Stevens, Josh George, Carla LaRoche, Donald (Beth) LaRoche and Alicia (Shane) Rittenhouse; also surviving are his aunts, Shelia (Jim) Little, Mona Masters and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many extended family members.  Richard was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pearl and Beatrice Masters and Richard Leo Stevens and Margaret Adolph.

 

A memorial service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Bridgeport, 2400 King Rd., Saginaw, Michigan 48601. Pastor Scott Cowling officiating.  The family will gather with friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.  A luncheon is being prepared immediately following the service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Association.
